The Pipestone Creek Dinosaur Initiative

Pipestone Creek Dinosaur Initiative is the omnibus name for a multi-phased project that includes:

• Phase 1 - access, protect and develop the Pipestone Creek Dinosaur Bonebed - this phase is underway with completion scheduled for March 31, 2011;
• Phase 2 - design a world class dinosaur museum with a natural history Time Walk surrounding the exterior of the facility on a 10 acre site in the Town of Wembley, AB - this requirement is the object of the RFP with completion scheduled for Feb 1 2011;
• Phase 3 - build a world class dinosaur museum with a natural history Time Walk surrounding the exterior of the facility on a 10 acre site in the Town of Wembley, AB - subject of an RFP to be issued on Feb 15, 2011. Completion scheduled for Dec 31, 2012; and
• Phase 4 – create the story to be told in the museum and design and create the corresponding displays - subject of a future RFP. Completion scheduled for Dec 31, 2012.
